Stable but doesn't level the bike
The block does a good job of securing the front wheel and providing a stable platform. However it's not tall enough to level the road bike I've used hooked up to a Blackburn trainer. The only way to get a comfortable riding position is to stack a good thick phone directory underneath the stabilizer ... the older style really thick and wide phone books work best.More detail ...
